Alascom APM

The APM (Advanced Plant Monitoring) App enables monitoring of the manufacturing plant, extracting data from manufacturing systems such as robots, CNC machines, autonomous mobile robots, PLCs and energy meters, presenting the data on various front ends such WEB application and mobile App, which can be used interchangeably. The user can have alerts, production level in a certain time frame, OEE and other information displayed on the holographic interface. Thresholds can be set, historical data trends can be viewed and reports can be produced. All this is done in a very easy and intuitive way with the use of the Natural Language thanks to the adoption of AI (Artificial Intelligence).

Availability:

The application provides different front ends (web application, mobile app) to maximise easiness of use. The user can choose one of the above modes interchangeably.
Monitoring:

The connected devices are monitored in real time and the data is historicised for analysis and reporting. The system manages the consistency and availability of the data in a transparent way to the user. Reporting is created quickly and easily. It is sufficient to query in natural language the AI of the system to obtain complex reports.

Modularity

The Alascom APM system consists of a Core and four modules: APM, Holoflex, NLPChat, ADM which can be purchased separately. The base application provides a full set of functionalities for monitoring but its potential can be enriched with other application of Alascom ecosystem.
