OPERA SMART OEE is an industrial web-based app for the device monitoring (CNCs, robots or other production equipment), developed for FIELD system platform.
The application is bidirectionally connected to FIELD system, in order to automatically gather in real time all the devices variables related to the OEE. OPERA SMART OEE uses cutting-edge technology to get visibility into your production. It enables you to visualise in one single web-based dashboard real time data about the productivity & the efficiency (OEE) of your machines and their process variables. In case of variables out of control that could have a negative impact on the machine health status.
OPERA SMART OEE is perfectly integrated into the complete OPERA MES Platform, international MES to implement the “Digital & Smart Factory 4.0”, across any company size, connecting any device and managing any operation (Production, Material, Quality, Maintenance).
